You now have 2 choices.
You can either get yourself an ST Emulator such as WinSTon, PacifiST etc, or simply copy the files to a Floppy and put them onto your ST that way.
You might have actually downloaded a Disk image, which will be a file with either .MSA or .ST extention, in which case you will have to use those programs ( one of them anyway ) to then convert the file into a real Atari Floppy.
Some ataris / pcs have problems talking to each other with floppies, but if you format the disk on a PC in DOS, the ST should be able to read it.
