Don't use Western Digital Tidbit drives! Seagate made some nice 540Mb units that work well. ALternately it's pretty easy to put a 3.5" drive in a Falcon (you need to modify the bracket and solder a PSU connector onto the power supply)

Internal SCSI?....THere's an external one as standard but I hve heard of internal conversions but normally they're fitted to recased units...
