Well, you have to admit, just saying "it does
not work" isn't really much information
about your Mega STE and Mega 2.
What does it do ? Does it produce a black
screen ? On an RGB or a SM124 monitor ? Are
the Power-LEDs on ? Do they always fail to
start or only when you have certain
peripherals connected ?
The DIP switches are, at least from what i
know, mostly undocumented for the Mega STE.
I think one toggles DD/HD disk drive and
some others influence the VME-Bus. Maybe
Michael Ruge's Chips'n Chips docs have more
information about them, but i would leave
them untouched first.
