ok, a little more info on this:
Does it produce a black
screen ?
The mega/ste produces a black screen (with dark grey scanlines), The mega2 shows a white frame and fails too boot
On an RGB or a SM124 monitor ?

Are the Power-LEDs on ?
The mega/ste floppy led is always lit, haven't seen any power leds b/c i tried out everything out of the case
All voltages are ok (measured)
Do they always fail to
start or only when you have certain
peripherals connected ?
They always fail, nothing works
I guess I'll throw that stuff away soon, at least i got 2 working st's also
