I read somwhere there was a 2600 machine built for demo/arcade purposes? Sear springs to mind. It could have been a 20-ROM autochanger thing, so the shop owners could show off many cartridges on one machine.

I don't know though - we never got funky things like that (or even the 5200) in the UK.
