There are no such WAREZ sites as such for Atari Software.
If you want to try out MiNT then you could try freemint.de
I am sure that OMEN / OASES is no longer supported on the atari, but then I also know that its not free either, bugger knows where this can be downloaded from, but I did use it for a while for quite some time, but its crap anyway.
Geneva and Magic are both still fully commercial, so you wont be able to download them, however, you can download a demo of MagicPC from the ASH homepage.
If you have an 030 or better, with 50Gigs of RAM, then go for MiNT, its undoubtedly the best if you have a stupidly fast machine, but if you only have a 500mhz or less atari, then go for Magic, and if you really have to, then Geneva is a speedy little bugger to be fair.
