hmm.. I don't know.. Infrogrames are releasing some new games soon under the Atari Brand name.. but only sports titles I believe. There was a rumor a while ago that infrogrames themselves would change their name to atari because it had better brand recognition. It is supposed to be soon I believe.. whether it happens or not .. we'll see! Something is happening for sure because they've threatened a few sites with the atari brand name recently so that they'd change names.. we'll see
