The specs of the Jaguar II are too long to list, but can be found in the Jaguar FAQ at www.digiserve.com/eescape/showpage.phtml?page=a2. I think comparing it to a Dreamcast is stretching it a bit, but the graphics could easily match what the N64 could do. Atari does claim that the Jaguar II is "2 to 4 times faster than PlayStation," but 4 times is virually impossible.
