Yes. PCAE/PCAEWin and Z26 both emulate Supercharger games quite well. ROM images even exist both in separate parts and as one larger ROM image containing all multiload stages; either are handled well in PCAEWin (and I assume the others).
All of the ROMs are available around the net, or from my FTP site if you'd prefer. Emulators are there, too, though those are definitely easy to find. (All the major emu websites have 'em)
