Parris, what components did you damage? I wont have time to open mine and have a peek until the weekend, so Im not exactly sure wot UR on about.
I believe the MSTE has a seperate SCSI card that plugs into the internal bus. I dont know what the bus is without the card, is it ACSI? If so you may be able to rig up an old STE acsi/scsi I/F card. If indeed the card is faulty and not the drives you are trying to fit.
I am also after english Tos roms, all you need to do is burn some new english 2.06's. I am trying to get an eprom burner on the cheap, if I succeed I will be happy to burn some people new chips.
