A800 is available in a Falcon native version. The speed however is nothing like the real thing. On my Centurbo II Falcon A800 is running like a snail. On 68040 Falcons it is less than half as fast as on origial XL/XE.

About transfering your old disks to image formats, sorry I don't have a clue.
