That depends on what sort of file format they are in.
If they are in the normal ST type file type, i.e. not a *.msa or .st file then as long as you save then to a 720k formatted disk (either on a PC or an ST with TOS 1.04+) then you can use then as any other ST floppy disk based program.
If they are in the form of a *.msa or .st file then use the emulator WinSTon. In WinSTon you can set your PC's directories for disc images and one for the harddrive.
Copy the disk image to the location for the disk images and under the GEM desktop open the A: drive and copy the files to the drive (still under GEM) for the hard drive and then after shutting down Winston the files from the *.msa / .st file will be in original format for an ST to read.
Simply copy the files over to a 720kb formatted disk and use with the ST as normal.
