Someone made a rom dumper that outputted files in this format. There's a converter the other way called BIN2JAG.EXE that was available at http://www.atari-jaguar.de, but I get a 403 whenecer I try and get in, so I think they're under major site renovations, or have shut down.

.Bin is hardly descriptive, however I think you mean RAW binary format. I have
most Jag games in this format that work with an Alpine Development board.
Well, the only two main formats for Jag ROMs are .bin and .jag, so raw bin is obviously what I meant.
