Hi,

You CANNOT convert SNES rom images to run on a Jaguar just by hex editing the ROM image, Unless the Jaguar secretly has SNES hardware hidden in one of it's chips (AND IT DOESNT!)
It uses a totally different microprocessor, and so has totally different machine code (bytes).
You may have been able to edit the header of the SNES ROM image to make it LOOK like a .JAG, or a .BIN but it wont run on a Jaguar just because you have done this.
If you SERIOUSLY want to make SNES ROM's run on your Jaguar, get the hardware doc's of the Jag (you can get them all over the web), get PC versions of the tools for compiling to the Jag, and get porting ZSnes or Snes9x or another Snes Emulator.
I can tell you know that you WONT just be able to hit compile and get a working SNES emulator.
The Jag contains several CPU's. The only one you can compile 'C' for is a 14MHz 68000 (approx double the speed of an AtariST), it has NO chance of emulating a SNES.
The other CPU's (Tom and Jerry) can only really be coded for in ASM (although I may be wrong), and they have strange architectures (they have a small cache that has to be constantly fed instructions by the 68k) and you would have to spend weeks getting to know it. THEN convert the C-code of the emulators to ASM.
I think you'd be better porting something like a gameboy emulator though.
Cheers
