Kevin Savetz of www.Atarmaagzines.com is also working to reproduce the entire "STart" magazine. All the covers are already up, he's now working on the articles.
This site is quite phenomenal as the magazines are not just scanned, but insteadcompletely OCR'ed!

He's also doing the http://www.atariarchives.org site, where he's OCR'ng several Atari books. Call him mad for doing all this, but it's a great great service for sure.
