Facundo,
Yes, the Eureka Realtime Clock is a good product. I bought one on eBay for my ST and it works great... no more having to reset the date every time you turn your computer on. It is also a pass-through design so you can still use the cartridge port for something else.
I had to replace the battery. I also noticed a problem with setting the date so I wrote a new READ_ME file for RTC users.
The file is below.

detect the RTC;
5) To change date/time, use the program EUREKA.PRG;
6) View the READ__ME file on the driver disk for more information.
SETTING DATE/TIME AFTER Y2K
---------------------------
The Eureka RTC is Y2K compliant and accurately displays date and time after
the year 1999.
However, EUREKA.PRG does not allow you to easily select a year past 1999
when entering the current date and time. The program displays only two-
digits dates: 1999 is shown as "99", 2000 is "20", 2001 is "21", and so on.
To display 21st century dates, you must let the RTC rollover by first
setting it to 23:59:59, 31 Dec 99 (the last second of the last day of the
year).
One second later, it will display 00:00:00, 01 Jan 20. Use this rollover
trick to advance one year at a time until it reaches the current year.
Once you have brought up the current date and time, click the SAVE button,
then EXIT.
CHANGING THE BATTERY
--------------------
If the date and time reset when you turn on your computer, the battery may
need to be replaced.
1) Using a flathead screwdriver, gently release the plastic tabs on one
side of the RTC case, then release the other side;
2) The battery may be secured to the unit by a small amount of solder. Use
a knife to free the battery;
3) The battery can be replaced with a standard 3V watch battery (23mm
diameter, top +, bottom -). Use clear tape to secure the new battery
and snap the protective casing back on;
4) Refer to the INSTALLATION steps above.
