Whoops...
I thought the Jag and SNES both used 68000s, which would mean 'only' rewriting the gfx code.
As mentioned somewhere I've forgotten, many old Jag games that were converted from lesser platforms (Flashback being the most notable example) often looked (and played) bad(ly) because the coders were scared of using the custom chips and stuck to the 68000 to do *everything* in the game. I thought it could be possible to translate a game by using a find/replace thing on all the opcodes used if they took the same syntax, as both the Jag and SNES used ASM as their main programming code (my friend Disnesquick translates SNES games as a hobby, and now reads pure hex, hehe).
Anyway, sorry for the confusion.
