Thats just it about Ataris isnt it?

I miss the absolute perfect clock off the MEGAST - all other Ataris all go out by something or other, but the MegaST ( NOT STE ) was perfect to the second ( XMAS 1999 to XMAS 2000 was still exact )

The TT is a tosser though, cos I gain 13 hours and about 14 minutes in a day!!! - absolutely useless.
I am using my old Power Computing Clock Cartridge on the TT - it still works after all these years!!

I tell you what I did on the STE though, was to build my own rugby clock. I contacted Maplins and asked them about it, and they sent me some details for building it onto a PC, and design is easy enough to work into any computer ( within reason! )

It cost me £50 which is quite expensive, but consider that the time on the STE will always be 100% perfect, and it does not need batteries, thats ok.
