Author: Shalroth (wwwcache-d.lmu.ac.uk) Date: 11-05-2001 17:29 I have an early-ish STF, and the keyboard isn't that great? So here are my Atari Keyboard ratings, best first: 1. Atari 800XL (Likely 600XL too) 2. Atari Mega 3. Atari TT (Mega STe also) 4. Atari Falcon030 (OK, we know it's atari, so I can drop that bit) 5. 520STm (slightly better feel than STe) 6. 520STe 7. Portfolio (A little cramped but not bad) 8. 65XE (Ugh!! Deadflesh keys) 9. XEGS (absolutely the worst keyboard ever, worse than the Sinclair 48K spectrum!! Like the 65XE, except the cable is WAAY TOO SHORT!!! So it feels sh!tty AND I have to sit a half-meter from the TV!!) For Non-atari computers, you can insert the Apple Mac Extended ADB II at around 2.5, the BBC Micro at 3.5 and the IBM PC-AT at 3.25 (gotta love those microswitches). So why did they have such sh!tty mouses???
