The only way there is gonna be a new atari computer is if Infogrammes/Atari gives someone a load of cash to develop a clone. (We could all do with a new Milan :) As far as im concerned, the way forward for Atari would be for them to spend millions developing a new games console and a dozen or so excellent games (they are a software house now). Go back to where it all started and kick some playstation ass. (like the gamecube will). If that succeeds then the revenues can be used to develop home computers with a stable up-to-date TOS, and a few built-in applications (like a decent word processor) that can take away some market share from microsoft/intel.
