The SuperNintendo uses a 16-bit 6502 uP, called the 65816 as it's main CPU.
It has at least one other uP, the SPC700 which is the sound chip, and I think it has perhaps another couple. The ZSnes, and Snes9x team know what they are (I have the DOC's somewhere).

You are correct in saying the GB has a Z80 (albeit different types for the Classic and the Color).
