I just saw this thread and would like to respond.
The only ongoing problem(s) that I'm dealing with at the moment is from a registered user called James, but at a different email address. I assume that it's the same person; if I'm wrong, I'd appreciate the originator of the thread getting in touch with me and I'll try to help, as always.
As far as the user mentioned above is concerned, he first reported a problem on 31/October, and has sent us 20 emails in total since then.
By my count, he has reported 5 problems. Two of these were bugs in our programs when run under plain NeoDesk (i.e. without Geneva). These were circumvented immediately by running under plain TOS; within a few days we had sent him fixed versions that ran OK under plain NeoDesk.
One of the problems was caused by a firmware problem on his drive (which is not specifically listed on our "supported drives" list); we have provided a circumvention for this by using a feature in ExtenDOS.
The fourth problem was a usage problem with a third-party product (Aniplayer), and we've provided a workaround for that too.
There is one unresolved problem which we have been working on with him for less than a week and are still gathering data.
I am personally very committed to providing the best possible service to our customers and, although I am disappointed that some of the problems that James had were caused by us, I do not feel that it is fair to say that our software is "very buggy" or that we have been "unwilling to correct the problems".
