The APE PC-Mirror can just be accessed as a normal Dx device. Then copy or just start the program. When it doesn't work ok. Just use some tools to create and .ATR file from a directory. Then it's already Atari format.
SDX supports DOS 2.x as file system BEWE also but this one has a tool to copy the files to SpartaDOS format, not starting DOS 2.x files from the console. SDX rulez, but we need a DISKVERSION of SDX. There is a disassembled version now (in Polish) of SDX so maybe some people would like to consider rewriting it to SDX 5.x for use on Disk or Harddisk...
The power of SDX is that it supports different file systems by loading the correct driver so new filesystems could be added very easy. Maybe someone can write a FAT16 driver...
