Soso mate, I donīt hate you for haveing pese.
I have an old amd here myself. It never work
of course, Though it actually DOES start up
now and then. But if I start up Cubase VST24
and start on some work, it ALVAYS reboot just
like that, BEFORE I have saved the work......
Like the song says; -Canīt use this! Right?
ATM, it actually assigns the slave drive on
secondary IDE, to drive letter C:!!!!

Gemulator?
I havenīt said a word about it, and I didnīt
want to either. Guess I donīt care too much.
I do have every ST emulator I could find, in
the amd. (not Gemulator, though) Just to see
what itīs like. (Guess Iīm kinda curious)
Nothing like a real machine, if you ask me...
(ok you didnīt, so Iīll shut up)
What I donīt get though
-If ppl want to play ST games, why the heck
not do that with an ST? Emulating an ST donīt
give higher res or more colors to the APPs...
AND non of my emulators were compatible enough.
Im I right or am I right? Just curious,
I donīt see the piont?
Now, in the case of the TOSter, I just want
to keep compatibility. Canīt use x86 cards
then, but external devices like cameras,
scanners, younameit, plugged to the USB port
IS a difference.(I think?) They could as well
plug into say, the serial port, like earlier.
Though thatīs soo much slower. And the fact
that the world is full of cheap USB devices
doesnīt hurt, now does it? Can we use them,
then why not? I want to plug my camera to USB!

USB is no pese-specific interface, and not
MAC specific either I think? BOTH have it. ;)
And it doesnīt affect compatibility in a
negative manner, does it? If it does, tell me!
-So why not USB in a TOS machine, Like MIDI?
Still need drivers yes, and thatīs a problem.
