Just stating the obvious ===> "1.4GHz CPU sucks around 100Watts.... so... 10GHz power drawage?.." well the reason why we _dont_ have 10Ghz is cos the thermal equation cant be solved with current technology. When we do have 10Ghz CPu's there will either be a new substrate or a radical leap forward in superconductor technology. Either way, its probably still gonna burn ~100W :)
