IF we go pci, there WILL be both.
The DSP is on the scheme, be whatever.
What I´m not too sure about, is if those cards
will cope with the existing softs?
What if APEX do some hardware calls to the VIDEL?
(no, but you know what I mean)
-Would CAF go just OK on a SB????

MOTO just broke this news to me:
The 56302, excessor of 56001, has just been
designated as an "End Of Life Buy" and is not
recommended for NEW applications. (expected?)
Anyway,
it was a 24bit, just like the 001, so who cares?
I´m going thru the flora of new DSPs, now.
-There are some! Guess I´ll have to try them out...
