I am sure HDDriver supports a number of FS types, however I amingine that FS would be the least of the problems.
I would let HDDriver sort things out and just make sure it will work in the OS. This way people could still use their other software (such as AHDI and that other one that came with the SCSI adaptor).
This would also mean that the users can make their own mind up about FS and then choose to keep such things as DBack, etc.
