Hello Roger,
I have a PAL atari 7800 and use some NTSC games on it: ms pacman and pole position II are working pretty well, as most games do. However Mario Bros e.g. was too fast and had nasty and ugly looking colors. But I think most games should work.
In the other way, I donīt think that Pal games work on Ntsc ataris very well, because of the 50/60 Hz differences Ntsc games will become faster on Pal machines, but Pal games should become unplayable slow on Ntsc consoles...
