Maplins in the UK stock 19-pin connectors, I think Radio Shack in the US might do? If not, it's easy enough to get s 25-pin connector and hack the pointless pins/holes off the end, then file down the edge so it fits in the opposite connector.

5.25" Floppy drive cables make good Atari 2600 Cartridge ports...
