When using the PC-mirror feature in A.P.E, Sparta-Dos doesn't recognize it as a Sparta-Dos formatted disk, but as a DOS 2.x one. This way you can't take advantage of the Sparta-Dos features. This means no sub-dirs and only 64 (?) files per directory.
You also can't write to a PC-mirror "Drive" with Sparta-Dos (if you ever want to) due to it's disk-structure.
Also, many games will not work with Sparta-Dos, mainly those which uses RAM under the o.s, since this space is used by Sparta-Dos.
b.t.w, you can change the PC-dir with Sparta-Dos by typing just the name of the directory. Don't forget to add a dot at the end of the dir-name. (changing dirs is actually loading the dir-name as it was a file, hence the dot at the end required for any non-COM-file in Sparta-Dos).
