Another thing to check is that the HD-Driver Drive scan is actually still looking for that ID, that's caught me out any number of times, generally late at night when I've been playing <How many SCSI things can I put on a TT at once?>...the answer BTW is lots, inlcuding a CDRW, two PD drives, three EZ135's a lot of hard-drives, a scanner, lots of hard-disks, a tape drive, a Syquest 88, an MO650 etc....sometimes HD-Driver has a bit of a hissy fit and has to be slapped around to scan all the drives properly.....
