Its not an issue of whether you are any help or not, because every little bit makes up a bigger picture I always think! I find I always miss out on the most tupid of things, and someone will often point it out. I mean such stupid things like ME: My software wont run from the HD? YOU: Have you installed it from the floppy ME: Oh, no... OK, its working etc hehe dont laugh, I am sure I did that a few years ago - The installation program had to be installed, and this 2 stage installation got me for days... back then there was no such thing as internet help, and phone calls to the US were not an option, so I had to write off and wait... and wait...
