...for exactly the same reasons it took so long to get an Amiga emulator. With the falcon, the 68030, FPU, Videl and DSP chip all need emulating, that's a lot of work for a programmer (68030 emulation as I understand it isn't perfect at the moment) to do, and it needs a lot of horsepower from your computer. Better to get yuor falcon repaired (or replaced).
