Now, i take it as the data is already on your
Mega STE harddisk and that you don't want to reformat it in a format known to the PC world.
Well, if you have a small harddisk or use only partitions < 32MB, you're lucky. Under 32MB, GEMDOS-FAT and MS-DOS FAT-formats are identical and you only need to put your Seagate into your PC.
If you use partitions larger than 32 MB and don't want to lose the content of your harddisk, you either need an emulator that supports GEMDOS format (i think Tos2Win and Gemulator do, but since i never use Emulators i don't know) then you can access the GEMDOS harddisk with your PC, but don't let Windows or any of the utilities touch it - i doubt the data on it would survive.
Or you simply transfer the content of your Atari harddisk to your PC, using nullmodem (takes a while) or parallel (quick) transfer.
