MAGXBOOT.PRG is for ST - have a look in the extras folder for MAGXBT32.PRG and use that instead - its the 32bit version for Falcon/TT etc. I think that will cure your initial not booting issue.

Magic wont run with many enhanced screens ( have a look at my own problems with the AlberTT crud, I mean card ) sometimes you can get round it by using NVDI and even then, you sometimes need to have the auto folder programs setup to load in a different position in the auto folder, so try to get things to a minimum, and see how that goes!?
