While I appreciate the thoughts, you have the order correct and you have pinpointed my problem - What Drivers?

That's exactely the problem. From time to time I can get on, but even when I do, CAB will crash. I'm pretty sure I don't have the right drivers.

STIK ll is faster then STING, but here I'm refering to the last STIK realease which is billed as "experimental." This release is probably about 30 percent faster then the last STING. Really flys, and because of CAB's neat caching capibility, makes it faster then Netscape.
