Hmmm, odd to see it dividing by 4 times rather
than 2. Anyway, you may need to invert it to get it
in the right phase with other components.
I'd rather piggyback a 74F74 to divide down from
system clock, you then can configure the other
flip flop on the chip to invert if you need to.
