I heard that the disk-based TOS was version 0.98. I don't know if it's possible to upgrade those machines, they had 32K of ROM with bootstrap code and I don't know if they'll take different chips, it would almost certainly be the 2-chip version, unless there was space on the mobo for six (I've never seen a disk-based ST), then it's a solder-job (and maybe a resistor-snipping session).
Hang on to it though, it's highly rare.
