>>You should tell us more about your basic MiNT setup. What word BASIC in your case means?
BASIC in my case, means KERNAL & AES, nothing more!
I doubt I can get it any simpler other than to just use a CLI from the AUTO Folder

As you use it with GEMulator it is possible also ou dont have MiNT setup at all.
Ha, I thought someone would say that, Yes, I do have MiNT setup on GEMulator, and yes, it is working! - Admittedly, I have had to use the 68000 version of the kernal, and NAES.SYS, which caught me out for hours, but its fully running MiNT.
----
If you want to install MiNT I suggest you to use Easy MiNT instalation / distribution.
I have tons of installations of MiNT - well a few anyway, but in the end, they are all pretty much the same, so I have simply done up a basic and a full system, written them to CD, and I just copy the files as they are off the CD, so I dont have to bother with installations ( theoretically of course! )
