(www.xtos.de) Milan is dead as well as CAB. The latest version of CAB manages cookis but no java.
But there's the HighWire open-source project: this is a new browser, actual version is 0.01... so I think we have to wait some time until we get a usable version.
But it looks very promising!

And, not to forget, the "Great Atari Survey" which has been extended until 10th of January.
