Ive been away for a bit, but now i am back! i too have a 1084s monitor on my STe - great aren't they? i too have problems, but not as major. it has a tendancy to go into black and white after 5 seconds of being on, then back into colour after about 30-40 minutes (although this seems to be getting longer). i have had a quick look inside, but to now avail (when it gets to monitor hardware, i get a bit stuck)

anyway, i posted a note on a commodore forum, and didn't get very far, so if anyone in this forum could help, it would be greatly appreciated.

btw, your best bet to get one is on ebay, but they are quite popular, and so usually go for about 30 squids
