Your reaction makes me wonder did you ever use an Amiga except than a floppy booting bare A500 (1MB)? It OK that you think Amiga is crap but please give some REASONS WHY?

Well you state that the software produced for Music programs and Word Processors etc are more supirior than the Amiga Programs. In the past YES, But nowadays I don`t think so.
Commodore didn`t focus on these kinds of uses for Amiga (BIG mistake) but there is absolutely no reason why Amiga couldn`t handle such programs. (Hardware wise it was the same as Atari only with more advanced chipsets/The OS is still one of the best around)
After buying the Amiga Commodore focused on a games market in Europe and the Proffesional Graphic Workstation market in the United States. (It is still used for Babylon5, StarTrek, Seaquest and many movies)
