Hello,

you are not corect. The initial Falcon resolution can be set freely in the NV-RAM.
A recomendation is to set it at 640*480*1bit for the best overview and fastest operation.

If you connect an SM124 (or an adapter to do SM124 display on VGA) it will always run 640*400*1bit.

As "Red" suggested above, download Bootconf and set the desired boot-resolution with that.
