As Paranoid said, it's not a bug.

TT video is 35 kHz rather than the normal VGA 31 kHz horizontal frequency. Ataris colour TT-monitor is of course displaying this correctly.

No real problem if you're using a semi-modern monitor (say 5-6 years old or newer) as they can resize the image horizontally.

An option to OverScan TT is of course one of those VME graphic-cards. Giving standard frequency outputs and alot faster with more colours.
