win ce is pretty crap, though have nice load of memory and nice screen, palm os is lovely, loads of software and good accessories, but the screens are low res, and i supose epoc owners want there say :p , well the company i work for sell rebadged epoc machines and i wouldnt buy one (though may consider been given one :) ) the good thing about palm os is that it is popular and can be very cheap (though the m505 i just bought wasn't), the good thing about palm devices is that they run on motorola processors, which could pratically work as a 68000 let alone emulate one (pls let me know if im wrong on that point)and the new ones have 30 odd MHz processors, and with the palm m50x and sony clie, they have card slots for easy data transfer, the txpro can accept thoughs nice ibm microdives up to 1 gb, so storage no problem. the new palm os devices look nice (hehehe and that helps lol) and there are midi addons for palm os devices (palm v), i think it is probably a good idea and money making scheme to just launch a atari emulator for palm os, win ce (or pocket pc, bah same thing) and epoc
