I've got three Falcon's, and using the same SVGA monitor two go through using a lo res during boot, and one does it in hi-res...it's an NVRAM thing but I only fiddle with that if there's a gun to my head....The only time I did fiddle, it was to get rid of the memory check on my home use unit....
