The TOS030 is actually 256KB in size. I consider 130kb for an image, even if compressed, very small, presumably faulty.
The biggest part of it is code. The only "graphics" are the standard icons and the standard fonts which are all monochrome and hence small in size.
But most of the code the TOS is more or less a large "library" for programs to use and hence not code that is permanently running.
