Wow! Pretty impressing, Iīll gladly admit,
if that is what you want to hear.
> "That was funny."
So you DO have some humor, after all?
Everybody should have a Sinclair QL, yes.
btw, what IS it? ;o)
(no, we are not that interested, really)
> "I did read the dreaming on the site,"
Good. For your information, sir, the dream
is coming amazingly true. Though, I have to
admit that we have behaved just like billy
boy always do. We dissicated one of our own
Roland racksamplers, and "stole" some ideas.
And guess what? The CPU in that sampler is...
A 68000. The whole system reminds very much
of an ST, and the software is in two EPROMS.
Our "Rolf Rockeīs" EPROM burner for ST, took
care of them. So, there will be not just a
sampleplayer, there is a complete sampler.
With dedicated programs, and multitimbral.
And the MIDI implementation already were there.
The sampler even has a RGB monitor output,
so there is a ready made GUI! (Fortunately.)
Our own sound bank will act just like an
extension to the samplers own RAM. Happy?
A complete Roland emulator then, except for
the 12bit AD/DAīs in the original sampler...
And yes, it will be able of playing GM files.
> Most people do not know a whole lot about hardware
Thatīs right, sir, and as long as you donīt
know too much about this project yourself,
will you please stop spreading false rumours?
Would make life easier for all of us. Thanks.
> and thus have no way of knowing what to
> believe in cases like this.
So far thereīs only one person trying to make
them believe that everything is impossible,
and that nothing can be done. We are still
not sure why you do that, as long as you
obviously donīt know what we are up to...
-want some kinda "monopole" or what?
Thatīs billys methodes. Letīs not practice them here.
That could only cause disastrous effects
to whatīs still left of the Atari scene, right?
Hey, do we write down your projects?
Do we spread lies about your "Sinclair"??
THAT might be "sillyness" in some eyes, but we
donīt care much, so we choose not to comment it.
Non of us, neither you or us here, are
authorised to write down eachothers projects.
Letīs let things stay that way. Please.

ps
The project is proceeding amazingly well,
right now we are waiting for the new VIDEL.
Itīs being programmed in France, like now.
The machine is coming up next, no matter
whatever you might say or write about it,
so do yourself a favour: Donīt!
