Thanks to all who tried to help!

The BOOTCONF Tool solved the problem!

You have to set the following settings:

2 Colors
80 columns
ST compatibility mode

With this settings the Falcon will power up in resolution 640 * 400 monochrome, which will provide you with the best look of the Atari logo and the Atari system font!
