Last I heard, the 1450XLD never went into production due to Atari's failing business at the time. I don't think they even got the 1200XLD out... I know they produced the 1200XL for a while, but it may have been a short while.
I would love to have a 1450XLD too, but I don't think it's in the cards unless someone finds the actual design schematics and puts it into production. (Boy would that be fun!)
